ADULT DOSAGE

Use the small plastic spoon provided to scoop a spoonful and apply to the affected area.  Massage gently for 20–30 seconds until absorbed. Use as needed. For best results, apply clean, 

dry skin and wash hands after use. 

PRECAUTIONS

FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY.  Do not use with heating pads, hot packs, or under very tight bandages, as this may cause irritation.   Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and broken or irritated skin.  Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if redness, burning, rash, or worsening discomfort occurs. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under medical care, or taking other medications or topical products.
